Our team will assess and provide insights into current distribution costs including 3PL, freight, distributor, specialty distributor, specialty pharmacy, retailers and other mandated fees.
Step 4: Analyzing Contracting Types
Our team will gain a thorough understanding of contracting types and structures across all channel participants in order to optimize contractual agreements.
Step 5: Develop a Customized Project Plan
With all distribution needs lined up, together we will create a detailed project/work plan outlining all necessary activities, contracts, relationships, etc., crucial for the successful launch of your product.
