D2 Solutions Team Members:
- Total to over 300+ years of pharma leadership
- Total to over 400+ years in specialty pharmacy
- Average 15 years of clinical experience per team member
Oversee the accounting of several different corporate entities in the general ledger accounting system. This position reports to the Controller and works closely with other internal departments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (including but are not limited to the following):
- Identify daily activity in bank accounts
- Reconcile the bank accounts
- Prepare and maintain general ledger account reconciliations
- Post journal entries into the general ledger accounting software package
- Prepare schedules for reporting of fixed assets
- Prepare customer invoices and assist with invoicing processes
- Assist with QuickBooks reporting and financial report preparation for management
- Assist with the preparation of other reports provided to management.
- Assist with year-end audits
- Assist with preparation of month-end financial statements, cash flow statements, budgets
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- 4 year degree in Accounting
- Experience with QuickBooks Online or a comparable accounting system preferred
- Experience with invoicing, account reconciliations, and financial reporting preferred
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment
- Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction
