D2 Solutions is seeking a highly organized Manager of Accreditation Services to oversee and partner with accreditation clients on their compliance, interpret standards as they change, and lead quality improvement initiatives across our consulting operations. Leveraging D2's AccredComply platform, this role ensures clients maintain continuous accreditation through expert document review, professional guidance, and meticulous attention to evolving standards.
This is a part-time position with the opportunity to quickly grow to full-time.
Role Responsibilities:
- Ability to read, interpret, and meet accreditation requirements
- Maintain expertise with numerous accreditation standards
- Review and process ongoing updates to accreditation standards
- Conduct client meetings and correspondence in a professional manner
- Provide guidance on accreditation and quality improvement requirements
- Effectively utilize the AccredComply platform
- Attention to customer service to ensure timely client response with accurate information
- Management of compliance client accounts
- Navigate fluidly from client to client, providing detailed guidance
- Update and review client documents, provide feedback
- Prioritize and organize client tasks and requests
- Ability to evaluate work and process flow to ensure optimal efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to ensure ongoing accreditation knowledge is maintained
- Update organizational templates and policies
- Crosswalk and update client documents and policies
- Act in accordance with all applicable federal and state laws and with the highest ethical standards that we consistently strive to achieve.

Role Qualifications
Training & Experience:
- Minimum of one year of professional experience
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience, preferred
- Minimum one year of accreditation experience, preferred
Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal direction and as part of interdisciplinary team.
- Ability to provide support in all aspects of pharmacy.
- Ability to work in teams and coordinate work efforts
- Must understand Specialty Pharmacy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to learn and effectively utilize new software programs
- Extreme accuracy and attention to detail
- Communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Collect and analyze data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations
- Maintain confidentiality of information
- Understand, interpret, explain, and comply with laws, regulations, and policies governing pharmacy operations
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with fellow professionals
- Ability to communicate with employees, customers, and other outside contacts.
