D2 Solutions is seeking a Senior Sales Executive with a passion for selling innovative technology and consulting solutions in the healthcare market. We're looking for a dynamic individual committed to pairing potential client partners with the right solution, helping organizations boost revenue, streamline operations, and minimize regulatory risk.
As the Senior Sales Executive, you will manage leads from initial contact through to closing, while providing feedback to operations and contributing to marketing strategy by keeping a keen pulse on market needs. As a team player and coach, you'll coordinate sales efforts with additional personnel and be accountable for meeting quotas and deliverables while driving sales in complex environments.
Role Responsibilities:
- Sell technology/SaaS and consulting solutions to pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotech companies, hospital systems, and pharmacies.
- Manage the entire sales function, from lead initiation to closing deals, including the definition of processes
- Provide feedback to the operations team and engage in marketing strategies.
- Organize and coordinate sales functions with other sales staff.
- Meet quotas and other deliverables while making a positive impact on patient care.
Role Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems / HubSpot for sales tracking.
- Experience working with senior executives, including CEOs and board-level personnel.
- Proven success in closing deals and selling into complex environments, with some cold calling experience required.
