I grew up in a small rural community where I learned many core values of being a good citizen and integrity. I went into the pharmaceutical industry to help patients. As I've grown professionally in the pharmacy industry, I've learned a lot about ethical management and leadership from some of the best in the industry. I started out working in a small-town independent retail pharmacy then moved on to a regional chain pharmacy. After that I was given the opportunity to work at a start up mail order and one of the 1st specialty pharmacies in the US. This experience has helped me become a consultant and an expert in accreditation. I try to give back to the pharmacy community by helping clients achieve excellence and drive improvements in patient outcomes. My goal in life is to give back to society and be a change agent to improve our society.
