dRx Request™ - Digital Patient Acquisition

dRx Request™ enables patients who have clicked on a brand’s web page, banner ad or link, and registered on a ProModRx hosted site, to request a new prescription via a ProModRx pharmacist from the physician/prescriber treating them. dRx Request™ was created to overcome specific healthcare issues, ensuring continuity of care.

Our digital patient acquisition model effectively engages patients at every stage of their journey through a specialized suite of capabilities designed to:

  • Track de-identified patients from the initial click of a banner ad through the purchase of the medication
  • Determine a definitive return of investment for each consumer/patient-targeted ad
  • Speed access to care by enabling patients to request prescriptions via their smart phone
  • Maintain the continuity of care by enabling patients to request medication directly from the physician treating them
  • Provide pharmaceutical care at the lowest possible cost to the patient

For our pharmaceutical manufacturing partners, dRx Request™ was designed to lower the cost of patient acquisition and to determine a definitive return of investment for each consumer/patient-targeted ad by collecting data at every point in the process, including:

  • Traffic source from which de-identified patients are forwarded

  • Number of unique patients directed to the pharmacy-hosted site

  • De-identified patients that initiate the registration process

  • Patients that complete the data entry process

  • New prescriptions requested by the pharmacy on behalf of the patient

Digital Rx Solutions Built on Cloud-Based Systems

ProModRx’s modular suite of reimbursement services is built on our Cloud-Based claims processing and pharmacy system that enables fast and accurate benefits investigation and verification. 

Like benefits investigation and verification, our claims processing system also powers numerous cash discount card and co-pay savings card providers, including ProModRx. Our Cloud-Based systems, in combination with our CRM system, also enable us to resolve prior authorizations quickly and accurately. 

Ultimately, our systems are designed to ensure patients receive their prescribed medications at the lowest possible cost, and to ensure that full compliance with all regulatory statutes is maintained, including those embedded within the Social Security Act and Federal anti-kickback statutes.

 

Product Distribution

National Pharmacy Network & Product Distribution

With the eye on the future, ProModRx understands the drug manufacturer’s distribution strategy. Our network of national pharmacies offer a wide variety of fulfillment options from mail order pharmacies and neighborhood retail stores, to specialty pharmacy centers. All are contracted to provide excellent patient care through accurate and timely distribution, as well as the reporting of key dispensing data.

ProModRx has an extensive network of pharmacies leveraged through MC-Rx contracts. We are:

  • Approximately 20 years of home delivery pharmacy experience
