Project Overview

In August of 2024, a major pharmaceutical manufacturer approached D2 with an urgent challenge: they were losing their prior authorization (PA) management provider and required a seamless transition to prevent therapy access disruptions. Given the complexity of the therapy and the critical nature of patient care, they required an immediate, efficient, and tailored PA program solution.

With a September 2024 launch deadline, our team customized and effectively launched a patient services program, including UltraTouch Verify, the UltraTouch Verify Provider Portal, and UltraTouch Verify Pharmacy Portal, in less than 4 weeks.

The client could not afford any lapse in PA processing for their therapy. This necessitated an expedited timeline, ensuring the new program was operational within 4 weeks.

  • Honing in on the protocols to optimize approval rates, improve ease of completion and minimize turnaround time.
  • Custom reporting and workflow to demonstrate program operations based on our client's needs.
  • Ongoing support by Verify's E-Services team.
