About the Accreditation Gap Assessment (AGA)

How is the AGA different from a full mock survey? The AGA is a focused, half-day diagnostic review designed to provide a quick, objective snapshot of your compliance. A full mock survey is typically a two-day, in-depth rehearsal. The AGA focuses on identifying high-risk gaps and providing a custom, prioritized roadmap faster and with less disruption.
What's included in the AGA? Our Accreditation Gap Assessment provides a comprehensive half-day virtual review of your pharmacy operations against URAC or ACHC standards, a detailed gap analysis report, color-coded compliance scorecard, prioritized action plan, and a dedicated one-hour consultation to review findings and next steps.
What accrediting bodies are covered in the AGA? Our standard AGA is benchmarked against URAC and ACHC Specialty Pharmacy standards. Our consultants have expertise across 40+ accreditation types, and through our standard AGA does not include other accrediting bodies, we are happy to customize the scope to include other accrediting bodies (e.g., NABP) during the Pre-Assessment Call.
