Ms. Rube is a highly accomplished healthcare professional with 27 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Ms. Rube started her career as a sales representative with Burroughs Wellcome and held various responsibilities including Sales Trainer and Specialty Representative for immunology. She was promoted to District Sales Manager and helped build and staff the Cerenex Division of GlaxoWellcome. From there, Ms. Rube went on to become an Account Manager in the Corporate Health Division calling on large employer groups where she gained experience in designing benefits and gaining positive formulary access for GSK products. She spent the last 9 years of her career as a Regional Account Director where she had responsibilities for GPO, IDN and LTC contracts.
Ms. Rube’s area of expertise includes new business development, GPO contract management, IDN and LTC markets, sales proficiency, team building/leadership, customer retention and healthcare productivity models. She excels in formulating rebate strategies and obtaining contract compliance for IDNs, teaching institutions and large medical centers. During her tenure at GSK, Ms. Rube received many accolades including numerous President’s Club, District Manager, Spirit and Regional High Achiever awards, as well as being recognized twice as the #1 district in the nation.
Ms. Rube received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing with a minor in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton where she attended on a full academic scholarship.
