Accounting and Human Resources
Ms. Steiber has over 25 years of human resources experience including developing HR processes and policies, training, compliance, recruitment, employee development, and performance management. In her current role, Ms. Steiber is engaged with the day-to- day operations as she is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, compliance with governmental and organizational procedures and policies, and expense management, often working with her counterparts within D2 client organizations and the entire D2 team. She is also responsible for HR functions, including payroll, employee records, new hire onboarding, benefits administration, and policies and procedures for D2.
Ms. Steiber’s career has included management and consulting positions in various industries including healthcare, semiconductor, telecommunications and not-for-profit organizations. Prior to joining D2, Ms. Steiber worked as a Training and Organizational Development Consultant for Martin Luther Hospital and St. Francis Medical Center where she was in charge of implementing a performance review system, assessing organizational training needs, and developing and delivering training to managers and staff. In addition, Ms. Steiber has experience in working within startup and entrepreneurial organizations creating financial integrity while building highly functional teams focused on the highest level of client services.
Ms. Steiber earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, OR and her Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Development from San Jose State University, CA.
