Mr. Williams brings extensive knowledge in the healthcare sales and marketing industry.  This includes strategic account sales and payer access with PBM, GPO, HMOs, Integrated Systems, and Government payers. He has experience with Hospitals, Physician Groups, National Nursing Homes and Long-Term Care Pharmacy Association.

Before joining D2, Mr. Williams had a distinguished career at Allergan (formerly Forest Labs) and Solvay Pharmaceuticals. His successful management experience includes progressive positions of increasing responsibility that encompassed Sales Specialist, Long-Term Care Account Manager, Manager of Specialty Markets, Regional Account Manager, and Area Director of Managed Care. As the Area Director of Managed Care, Mr. Williams and his team successfully helped to launch several block buster drugs.  During his tenure, his accomplishments were recognized with multiple Presidents Club and national sales awards.

Mr. Williams’ experience also includes innovative contract development, sales management, and co-marketing.  He is experienced in developing KOL partnerships and working with advocacy organizations.  Additionally, he has training in Leadership Development, Contract Negotiations, Team Building, Training, and Strategic Planning.

Mr. Williams represents D2 with national and regional payers ensuring that D2 clients gain reimbursement for their health care offerings in Commercial, Medicare, Managed Medicaid, and Fee for Service Medicaid.

Mr. Williams received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing from New Mexico State University, and a Master of Business Administration along with a Master’s in Health Services Management from the University of Dallas.
